Viewpoint World and Viewpoint Holiday
The Viewpoint project was a combined double website design and build. The two sites had to have a running theme but look like two separate websites.
Viewpoint
A beautiful property in the Wye Valley, in the Forest-of-Dean, the Coach House is a venue for both holiday lettings and for corporate events. Being targeted at two totally different markets two separate ways it was advised that two websites would be the best solution as they could be marketed separately to attract different audiences.
The design was kept simple so that it could be used for both sites with little change. The two sites are characterized by different background colours, reflecting the corporate colours and different header images designed to appeal to the two different markets.
With the aim of providing a complete integrated package to the client the project also included the design of a logo for the company and an HTML email template.
Viewpoint World
This site is targeted at the corporate events market, so images of the wide variety of local activities that make this location so appealing have been used to give the impression of it being a fun and exciting place to be and a great place to organize any management training or other such activity.
Viewpoint Holidays
The main selling point for the holiday lettings crowd is the location and the property. The Forest of Dean and the Wye Valley offer some of the most stunning scenery in the UK. The images used in the page header have been specifically chosen to appeal to this audience. Images feature strongly in the site and most of the pages have a large image of the property or the local area to reinforce this.
